I have eaten the same exact breakfast every day of quarantine. I have not missed a single day of drinking my smoothie throughout these 173 days. The smoothie is very healthy but tastes very good! So I am going to share the recipe. The brand of blender that I use is a Nutribullet. My family has tried a few different brands in the past but this is what works best for us. For the smoothie base, add half a frozen banana and a large amount of frozen berries. Then 2 big handfuls of spinach. This will add so many health benefits to the smoothie. Once the smoothie is finished you won’t even be able to remember that you put spinach in it because the color is purple! Then, add a half scoop of protein powder. I use vegan protein powder because I don’t like a lot of dairy. Just one half scoop adds 10g of protein to the smoothie so that it fuels you for the whole morning. Next, I add a half a tablespoon of chia seed and a half a tablespoon of flax seed. You can’t really taste this and it just adds more protein and fiber. Lastly, I put a cup of cashew milk in the smoothie. This just makes all the ingredients blend together well. If you haven’t tried cashew milk it is by far the best non-dairy milk. I like it much better than almond or coconut milk. Then I blend it for around 20 seconds. The end result is a thick berry smoothie that tastes like frozen yogurt. To the top I add some granola or almond butter (because i’m allergic to peanuts). This makes my breakfast smoothie more filling. I am obsessed with my smoothie every morning and could never go without it! Let me know in the comments what your favorite quarantine breakfast recipe is!

This smoothie sounds so good... can you make me one I'm too lazy to make it myself lol. Is it like acai or do you just drink it out of a cup? One of my favorite healthy breakfasts is avocado toast. It's very easy! Just some toasted bread, a light layer of cream cheese (I know it sounds weird but its SOOO good), avocado, lemon, salt, pepper, and some sesame seeds (if you're not allergic to it).
