Since I have been in quarantine, I have found it really important to relax and be calm while i’ve had all this time on my hands. One of my favorite ways to do this is going to the beach for sunset time. Any other time the beach is too hot and crowded. This way, there is a nice breeze and the sun isn’t beating down on you. You can relax, pack food, run around, and most importantly enjoy. I like watching the waves and seeing the palm trees blow. I think that we are so lucky to have the beach so accessible to us. It is really only a 10 minute drive from most of our houses. A lot of kids who live in Florida don’t like it and want to move away. Honestly, I feel the opposite Florida is so pretty year-round and is a great place for all stages of life. From when you are little, to an adult raising your own family, to an older person you can’t age out of Florida. I know this might sound like a commercial at this point. But I think it’s true i’ve been a baby here, my parents raised me here, and all my grandparents love it here. Even my great grandparents all used to love living here. Anyways, I really like the beach it’s such a fun way to relax. Leave in the comments below if you like the beach and what time is your favorite time to go:)
Hi Lauren. Personally, I hate the beach. It smells awful, you get sand everywhere, and overall it's just never a pleasant experience for me. But if I absolutely had to go, it would definetely be at sunset where it cools off a bit and the sky is super pretty. I love sunsets, but I'd much rather a sunset in the mountains or especially in the pretty forests we have at camp. I think I grew up in the wrong state because I dislike almost all the things people say they like about growing up in Florida lol.
ReplyDeleteHi Lauren. I totally agree with you. I love the beach too! It is super relaxing, fun and hot, the water is nice, and you can spend time with your friends and family. I feel like all the stress from school goes away when I go to the beach and it is a great way to chill out.
ReplyDeleteHi Lauren, I think its great you have found a relaxing place you enjoy. I personally don't love the beach but I haven't gone in so long so maybe my thoughts have changed. I think the prettiest time to go to the beach is during the sunset.
