Hey welcome back to my blog! This Wednesday I will be taking my driving test (finally). I am taking it at Cantor’s driving school and hopefully will pick up my license from the DMV on Thursday. Because of COVID, they only allow 1 person in the DMV at a time. It is pretty sketchy there and now my dad will have to wait for me at the door. This will be an interesting experience for me being at the DMV alone. Anyways, I am very excited to get my license and be able to drive. Most of my friends have all gotten their driver's licenses and I am pretty much the last one. My birthday is in August but I delayed getting my permit for a few months until October. I have been eligible for a few weeks now but have just been trying to get as much practice as possible in. My mom mainly taught me how to drive and I drive her around everyday. My dad on the other hand has barely driven with me. I’m very excited to be able to drive myself around. I have plans to go to the beach on Sunday (and if I pass) I can drive myself! I just need to figure out what a 3-point-turn is and then I think I'll be all ready for the driving test. Comment down below when you got your driver’s license? Also if you passed the first time and if it was a hard test?

Hi Lauren I recently did my drivers test also at Cantor's Driving School and honestly it wasn't that heard. It takes like 3 minutes literally and all you have to do is park, back out, three point turn, and that's basically it. Good luck and don't get scared.
ReplyDeleteThat is so exciting that you are getting your license. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have mine now. I did mine at the actual DMV, which was not that great of an experience, but I passed so it was okay. My test was easy, but the guy had a very strong Indian accent, so I was having trouble understanding what he was telling me to do.
