Last weekend, I went to Topgolf in Miami for the first time with my family, and a couple of friends had told me awhile ago that I should go, so I guess it was finally the perfect time to go. At first, I thoughtit would be kind of boring because I don’t know how to play golf, but it was actually really fun. When I arrived there, it was much bigger than I expected, it looked like a mini stadium with three floors. The place was nice and it only costs $40 for a bay and you can have up to six people with you. When we got to the area, I just picked up a random golf club and set the ball up. I took my first hit was with the biggest golf club, which was called the “The Big Dog.” I actually managed to get a good hit and the ball went flying across the course. After such a good hit I thought it was going to be super easy, but it was the total opposite. I ended up missing the ball a few times, while the pros next to me were just hitting crazy shots. Overall, I would say it was a different type of experience, and if you’ve never been there before then you should definitely go and try it out for yourself. You don’t need to have any prior golf experience whatsoever, so in a way its very beginner friendly.
Since some of you have already been there, I was wondering if you enjoyed or if you thought it was boring?
Hi Jacob, I have never been to top golf but it seems fun. I don;t have any experience with golfing so i'm not sure how good I would do. The price seems very good for 6 people. Maybe I will go one day with some friends.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to TopGolf even though I live pretty close to it, but it sounds really fun as I've hear other people obsess over it, so this just makes me want to go even more.

Hi Jacob, I actually went to drive shack on Sunday for my birthday. It was so much fun. I have no idea how to golf properly, but two years ago I went to top golf in Tampa. My whole family agreed that Drive Shack is better, so you should try it out next time.
ReplyDeleteI could never really see the draw of golf. I can respect you if you can play it, but the way I see it is trying to get the lowest score possible. And I know the more strokes you take the worse you do, but having a low score just doesn't sit right with me.
